Christos has owned several successful restaurants in London, Vancouver, Hollywood, and even the Greek Connection in Medellin now retired. Our restaurant in Medellin was the first to offer authentic Greek souvla, and the aroma captured many of the tourists strolling the street in Parque Lleras, Medellin.
Today, Christos sometimes hosts a free get together for guests that can include souvla or fresh fish caught at the eco-tourism Cool Farm by his nephew and hotel manager George. Here's a short video of a recent meet and greet:
